Greenside was appointed by the owner of a stunning collection of eight, Grade II-listed terraced houses in Central London to deliver an exciting array of electrical, mechanical and audio visual services as part of an impressive £9.6m restoration project.

The properties ranged from 15,750 sq.ft. to 22,500 sq.ft. and critical to the success of the programme was respect for the historical sensitivity of the buildings and location. Key features of the project include a suite of smart technologies and home automation systems.

The Lethbridge House project was successfully delivered on time, within budget and according to the client’s exacting specification. This remains our most substantial project to date.
