In 2016, Greenside acquired a parcel of land for a speculative development. Planning consents were duly obtained and Greenside proceeded to build two stunning detached residential properties set in Green Lane, one of the most prestigious roads in Watford.
Each distinctive building, which extend to some 3,700 sq.ft., were constructed using state-of-the-art building materials and processes, all underpinned by sustainable, energy-efficient and smart building technologies. With meticulous attention to detail, both Glaine House and The Noak were completed and sold on the open market.
