Greenside was appointed by main contractor, Mid Group Limited to deliver integrated services and building systems for the first phase of a three-phase school project to include 10 FE secondary and 3 FE primary schools. Greatfields School is a major component of the new Weavers Quarter scheme that will deliver some 1,500 new homes and a social infrastructure programme.
The project was successfully delivered on time, within budget and according to the main contractor’s exacting specification.

Greenside was appointed by main contractor, Mid Group Limited to deliver integrated services and building systems for the second phase of a three-phase school project to include 10 FE secondary and 3 FE primary schools and follows the successful conclusion of the Greenfields Zone 1 school. The new Greatfields school is set in the centre of the existing Gascoigne Estate redevelopment among 1,800 new homes that will be built in a phased construction programme.
