Greenside was appointed by main contractor, Mid Group Limited to deliver integrated services and building systems for a new teaching block, hall and library for Stonebridge Primary School as well as the refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed school building.

The new building is set on the playground of the existing school, which bought with it a challenging construction environment and build programme. The project was successfully delivered within an exceptionally fast turnaround timeframe, within budget and according to the main contractor’s exacting specification.

• Lighting systems with daylight linked dimming
• CHP (combined heat and power)
