Greenside was appointed by FB Ellmer Limited of the Byrne Group to deliver a £6.2m, fully integrated package of specialist building services for a new apartment building set on the site of a former NCP car park adjacent to High Street, Kensington in West London.

The project to build 53 one, two, three and four-bedroom luxurious, high-end apartments and penthouses called for Greenfield to install a range of state-of-the art mechanical and BMS controls that would complement the innovative building design. The project presented a number of challenges; its proximity to neighbouring residents, a public house and university campus meant working alongside other contractors demanded meticulous coordination for project teams and deliveries of materials.

The Young Street project was successfully delivered on time, within budget and according to our commissioning contractor’s exacting specification.
